Shane Doherty leads the execution and implementation of Athlete-Driven Worldwide partnerships, serving as the operational backbone across the company’s NFL and NBA team, league, talent, and media relationships. Acting on behalf of Athlete-Driven’s technology and brand clients, he manages partnerships from concept through execution, ensuring seamless delivery across in-stadium media, team integrations, athlete activations, and national platforms.
Working across league-wide relationships, Shane oversees all aspects of partnership delivery, including in-stadium media operations, team and league coordination, and athlete integration. He leads day-to-day execution across NFL environments, managing team-owned media, stadium assets, and athlete partnerships, while collaborating on production logistics, script development, and creative ideation for athlete-led engagements.
Shane also led the full redevelopment of Athlete-Driven Worldwide’s website, modernizing the platform to reflect the company’s evolution into a leader in technology-integrated sports partnerships.
A seasoned professional in sponsorship activation and creative execution, Shane brings over a decade of experience in sports media. He began his career at CBS Sports, where he helped develop and activate brand partnerships during Boston’s championship era.
Today, he leads execution for Athlete-Driven’s blue-chip clients, serving as the primary point of contact between brands and teams. His work includes Autodesk’s partnerships with the New England Patriots and NFL Coach of the Year Mike Vrabel, as well as the Cleveland Browns stadium development initiatives. He also supports partnerships with Zenni (Boston Celtics, San Francisco 49ers), Hola Prime (Karl-Anthony Towns), and Hisense (NBA league activations).
Known for his organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute at scale, Shane ensures Athlete-Driven’s partnerships perform at the highest level—from stadium to screen.
