Meet Chris
CEO / Co-Founder / Head Of Partnerships
Chris Lobono is a dynamic, multidimensional sports executive with two decades of experience shaping the modern sports partnership ecosystem. He specializes in creating business-driving enterprise and talent partnerships at the intersection of professional sports, technology, construction, media, and entertainment.
Chris negotiates directly with major sports ownership groups, embedding leading technology partners into the enterprise ecosystems surrounding professional sports franchises and the multibillion-dollar stadium, arena, and mixed-use development projects shaping the future of the NFL.
His work with organizations including the New England Patriots and Kraft Group, and the Cleveland Browns and Haslam Sports Group, connects partnership rights with enterprise sales, technology and construction adoption, and measurable return on investment growth for his clients. Through this work, Chris helped make NFL history by introducing digital twin technology to teams and establishing an entirely new Design & Make partnership category within the NFL.
Chris’s work consistently drives significant year-over-year growth for his clients while helping build entirely new sports and sports construction verticals within some of the nation’s leading technology companies. His approach transforms traditional sponsorships into working enterprise platforms—leveraging deep relationships with sports ownership groups, generating new business partnerships and living case studies for technology clients, and positioning them within some of the largest sports infrastructure developments in the country.
The other side of Chris’s career is rooted in athlete storytelling, entertainment, and large-scale commercial production. Working alongside some of the nation’s most exciting up-and-coming filmmakers, Chris has ideated, scripted, and co-produced dozens of national television and digital commercials featuring elite sports talent. His creative work spans ambitious Hollywood-scale productions and elaborate set builds, including original game-show concepts among others. His work uses humor and the athletes’ willingness to laugh to create memorable characters and lasting creative that help brands stand out, while allowing fans to see some of the world’s most accomplished athletes not taking themselves too seriously.
Chris has also co-developed primetime live television stunts and brand integrations on programs such as Inside the NBA for his league partners, integrating talent, media, and partnership rights into memorable moments that connect brands with sports legends and their fans.
Much like a great band that never makes the same record twice, Chris prides himself on never being predictable—continually finding new ways to tell stories, and drive business for his clients while maintaining an elite standard of work. His experience touches virtually every dimension of the modern sports partnership ecosystem, from enterprise technology and multibillion-dollar sports infrastructure to sports talent, media, athlete storytelling, Hollywood production, and live entertainment.
